Physical therapy approaches treatment by specifically treating the part of the neck that is responsible for the symptoms and then addressing the underlying causes of the headache.
  • If you are a “weekend warrior,” someone who tries to cram a week’s worth of activity into two short weekend days, you run a higher risk of joint and muscle injuries. This is especially true of the joints and muscles of the knee, shoulder and elbow. When being active, make sure to be on a consistent program.
