Dennis McEntaffer is owner of Sport & Spine Physical Therapy. Originally from Pierre, SD, he earned his undergraduate degree with a BS in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University and his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Dakota. His wife Carmon was recruited by Lake Center Industries, now TRW, and moved to Winona one year before Dennis arrived. They have two children, Nathaniel and Allison. Dennis’ specialty is orthopedics, especially back and neck pain.
